What you can expect from us:

Your clinician will complete a lateral flow test on the morning of your appointment.

A mask will be worn during your appointment and will only be removed if you are happy for them to do so.

Gloves will be worn throughout the procedure.

All equipment is sterilised and single use ear tips will be used for each patient and for each ear in cases of possible infection.

What we expect of you:

Please do not attend your appointment if you have any COVID-19 symptoms and please let us know if you wish to cancel or postpone your appointment so as not to waste clinical time that could be used for another patient.

Sanitizing hand gel will be made available for your use.
